Pancakes preparation

Can everyone who's going to wobowikkles's on the 27th and who wants pancakes (or a pancake, as things may turn out!) please raise their hand/give me a body count so I know how much batter to make?

2 pancakes that will be made with Sushi's desired fruit, photographed, and consumed in her honour. What is your desired fruit, love?

I'll be bringing a 2 litre ice-cream container of frozen mulberries, terrycat has made mention of frozen mangoes, and mynxii is naturally the strawberry bringer. You can bring pretty much any desired fruit (fresh is way better, despite the list of frozens) as long as it can be warmed/softened in the microwave.

Also? Someone wouldn't happen to have shit loads of lemons they could bring, do they? *flutters eyelashes*

We currently have: White, Castor, Raw, Icing, Dark Brown and Demerara sugar.

Amounts are variable, I usually buy more every time I bake.
