In happier news...
I can say "I'm a library relief worker" for real now: I'm working Saturday at the library. I am inordinately pleased about this. Inordinately because it's actually only three hours (9-12) and it's on Christmas eve, which sure isn't a bad thing, just feels odd. So that's a "yay! they do want me!" happy.
I've also decided that I'm staying in Perth over New Years' regardless of whether I'm working or not. To help justify this decision, I wish to host a gathering Because I Can, Damnit. The folks are going away on the 26th and coming back on the 8th. Start throwing dates/times at me, I am quite, quite easy ;). So that's a "planning-anticipation" happy.

silver_b_a's great Numb3rs vid, and now i'm just running the music "Ever Fallen in Love" in the background and am all bouncy. *hums*
