Triple J news update

A man in Queensland has been handed the toughest animal cruelty sentence (in Australia, I think) for torturing two dogs over a three-four month period. His sentence? Three months jail, and he can't own a dog for three years. The hell??

It's only in Qld. A guy in Newcastle (NSW) got a 15 months sentence for torturing a kitten (or several)
