Knitting (oops!) and bored

So this is my first serious attempt at knitting, taught by the very patient madradish Not half bad, except for the bit where I did this thing where I got frustrated at how tight the stitching was, pulled it apart and couldn't remember how to cast back on. *headdesk* And rather than doing something useful about it, like asking black_samvara before she went out for the night, I'm now trying to learn from online videos. Sometimes I don't make sense, even to myself.

In other, not surprising news, it's hot and I'm bored. Tell me something random, even if it's just that you're hot and bored too?

I'm sleepy and hoping that I don't get a call in the last 13 minutes of my shift.
Also, can't remember if i made clear that I'm working tomorrow and can't make slashgropers.

Having to work tomorrow after working this late today = sucky. My sympathies. Slashgropers was today, so I think you're excused. *offers you a pillow*

Oh. That was Sunday then... not that I'd been confused over which day Slashgropers was on, just that day that I was experiencing.
I'm on mid/evening shifts all weekend. That plus long weekend is very confusing to my sense of day and time.
