I know it's all about the dragging viewers in, but this still boggles the mind.
Heard several times this evening on the radio, an ad for Today/Tonight:
"Baby stealers: how women are stalking maternity wards, and how the banks are helping them get away with it. Also, a Perth study proves that Generation Y is making everyone pay more for petrol." (emphasis mine)
...See, I giggled hysterically the first time, and then I realised that some people would be taking this seriously, and felt a little sick. Shock journalism, anyone?
