I feel like I should clarify that I used "in the morning" to mean "at any moment between waking up and going outside" - as opposed to "just before I go to bed", which I never do unless I've been doing sports, have gone to a party/club and smell like sweat/smoke or have been super hot during the day.

It depends on the type of work I'm doing that day. If I'm going to an office for accounting work, I shower in the morning after running. If I'm doing horse work or outdoor work at home, I shower in the evening.

This is a forever habit. It is possible that as a small child washing happened in the evening (certainly, the bagusii were occasionally washed in the evening), but I have no memory of it. And the whole family wash in the morning.
