Finally managed to hand an assignment in! Huzzah! There's still one to go, the one with all the bungled tutor-times. I sent her a draft of what I had and she responded: "well, going on what you've got here why don't you do: something completely different! Feel free to come talk to me on Monday, you can have more time." I'm relieved by this, but also starting (starting? in the middle of!) feeling like this semester is going to go on forever.
I was feeling utterly exhausted going to hand in the assignment this afternoon, but I was able to read The Tommyknockers on the train there and back and walk home in the twilight, so I'm rejuvenated and relaxed. It's helped that I've decided that the last assignment can go hang for the weekend, given that I only partly understand what my tutor wants me to do, and I can get clarification and more time on Monday. I feel the best I have in weeks, actually. *happysigh*
