Lebanese bread

I shall do a proper "Wot I Did During My New Year's Eve" post later, but for now I impulse-bought a bag of lebanese bread while shopping with mynxii. Does anyone know particularly yummy things to do with them?

Pretty late in the piece and you probably have already eaten it but...
have it with curry. Make a thick base curry, warm the bread in the ove, and instead of having rice, have bread with the curry.

Or you can have it with dip.

Hmm, I've tried that with other things (and with the dukka), and I suspect I just haven't had enough exposure to oily things to make it enjoyable. :)

Also, this might help with the new-years-resolutioning, and you're welcome to come over and experiment with my guitar if you want, although it probably needs new strings.
