Randomly, Portacom? Not only does your website suck (hello, product listings? prices, even?) but you seem to think that $350 for a 100GB laptop external HDD, or $350 for a 200GB desktop external HDD is reasonable. Watch me go through the Yellow Pages for your city competitors.

Yeah, Portacom are pricey.

In terms of external storage, I'd have a look at the following from Austin Computers:

320GB - SATA-II - Western Digital Hard Drive - 8MB Cache - 7200rpm [WD3200JS]. $138

Vantec HDD Case - NexStar 3 - 3.5" USB2/SATA/Full Aluminium [NST-360SU] $68


That will give you over 300GB of storage via USB2 for $206 (ie, just like the HDD of Doom).

Dude! Australian websites piss me off. It is not good enough to have single page with a letterhead and a phone number and nothing else. You're officially not allowed to call that a website, ok? Seriously, WTF, people! I don't like being awake in business hours and I like phoning businesses EVEN LESS. The internet is supposed to let me lead that sort of life.
