It was such a grown-up looking meal that I had to take photos *nearly wins at adult*
Chicken Cacciatore cooked in the slow cooker for 5 hours on high, with pasta, salad and bread. It's the second meal I've made in the cooker, and this one was a total winner. *pleased*

Where do you get your slow cooker recipes from? I've been working out of the supplied recipe book, but I feel like branching out now. *flexes cooking muscles*

mostly they don't come from recipes - they're similar bases of flavours that i work with and vary. If i'm trying a new recipe, atm it's most often from www.taste.com.au which is easy to search. 'casserole' is a good search term. Also, you can do roasts in the slow cooker - a medium to large takes about 6 hrs ish to be perfect, but again, that's a by feel judgment.
Also by medium i mean feeding 4 people with a little left, and large 6-8 people.
I think more in serves, and how much leftover than i do by proper measurements. *love* I hope that helps even just a little.
