Surrounded by spoilers! Surrounded, I say! (but none here, I promise)

OK, a little while back I heard about this movie, Million Dollar Baby, staring Hilary Swank, Clint Eastward (sp?) and a bit of Morgan Freeman. I was Interested because of the whole female boxer thing, plus actors. I was much delighted to find that David Stratton gave it five stars, no less, in the Review on Saturday.

Today is Wednesday. I open the west australian (I'm not giving it the respect of italics or capital letters. I totally refuse). On page 3 there is a half-page article revealing not only the major twist/shock point, but also quite possibly the ending. This movie comes out tomorrow. No one has had a chance to see this yet. I am so totally Not Happy.

In better news, I did an inordinate amount of housework today -- the dishes *and* the vacuuming. Tomorrow I am going to attack the un-neatness of my bedroom floor, desk, and do something about the desktop computer that is now utterly not needed. ::pats laptop lovingly:: Note to self: remove all porn and slashy things before giving computer to dad.

Also I've made tentative beginnings on another fic (the dogtag fic, see here for background, not more amnesia fic. The medical stuff in the amnesia is confounding me atm). Am rather smug about that *G*

What a bummer about the revelation in the movie but I urge you to still see it .. I went to an advance screening last weekend it is the BEST movie I have seen in a long long time .. GO!! You wont be disappointed AND Hilary Swank is gorgeous :) ... K
