Ha! There's a page out there somewhere (possibly on TVtropes?) that lists all the 'um, you didn't actually listen to that song before you decided to use it in your ad, did you?' moments.

Just heard on the radio, my contender: an ad for a bed company, set to the gentle piano of Gary Jules' cover of Mad World. Whups.

The AFL season a couple of years ago used the Fall Out Boy song "Thnks Fr Th Mmrs" which I assume was chosen for the "One night/one more time/thanks for the memories!" lyrics... but it then continues: "even though they weren't so great/he tastes like you only sweeter" - alluding not unsubtly to Big Gay Blowjobs.

Only they edited out the Big Gay Blowjobs line! Which somehow makes it even more funnier.

ETA: and when I say "the AFL season", i mean the grand final stuffs, which was like every second TV ad here in melb.

ETA2: I JUST TYPED "HERE IN MELB". I'M NOT IN MELB ANY MORE, TOTO O.O
