I just booked my flight to Melbourne, and am feeling rather hyped. :) Long story short, I have a friend in Melbourne who I have not seen for several years, and we've made noises about me going over to see her during my uni breaks, and mum suggested flying over as a graduation present. So, I now have a seat on a one way, 6am flight to Melbourne, leaving 7 December. Return date is hazarded as the 21st.

Plus, my doctor recommended doing swimming as an all-round good type of exercise so mum and I went swimming this morning and I did 225 metres. And if I'm doing this on a regular basis, I'm investing in a shower cap because lifting my arms above my shoulders to wash my hair? after swimming 200 metres? with my current muscle tone? OW!
EDT: Literally, just as I hit "update" we get a knock on the door and it's a box of mangoes from a darling, darling friend in the Kimberlies. We have mangoes! This is a joyous occasion at any time, but for me now in particular because I get to "research" for drabble. ::smirks::
