:p yourself. Seriously, question 4: Public education could be improved by: having a voucher system or revoking No Child Left Behind. What *are* either of those things? :)

No Child Left Behind was a great way for the administration to pass all responsibility for education off to the states. :)

A voucher system? I have images of lots of 6yos lining up outside school, clutching a little piece of paper saying "Please provide the bearer with one (1) education." The school bully is busy behind the bike sheds beating up kids and stealing their vouchers, which eventually leads to him becoming a university vice-chancellor, and the voucher-less kids becoming politicians.
