Also, a plea from my very long suffering and aching hands. I'm after a piece of software (or a way to enable it on my computer, whichever's more practical) something that will throw up a box that says "Hey, you, you've been sitting there for twenty minutes! Get up and stretch!" Anyone got a suggestion?

She may, actually, object to the word 'made', in which case she will have to settle for "made look fantastic!" and Who fans will know what I mean :)
